Family Night

Friday nights means family night and well, last Friday night meant LEGO Night! I'm not up for writing much these days, but I hope you at least enjoy the good pictures as well as the blurry ones.

I'm just testing them mama to make sure they'll hold up.

 Yep! They're good to go.

 Nom, nom, nom, nom.

Okay, so I'm teething again.

Hmm, what else should we build tonight?

If I don't look at mommy she'll stop taking my picture.

Nope, it's not working.

Eli's Lego's

Logan's Lego's

Logan's adding guns to the top of his of his trucks lights. I guess it's just hard wired.

Love the creative side in him.

Eli didn't want to play with his baby toys that night he wanted Legos too.

Aww!

Hope you all enjoyed a speak into our Friday family night.

Just Another Night

After a long day of running around, doing errands, working out, being a mommy, and Chris working hard to provide for our family, I love that we can still take time to sit down at the dinner table and eat as a family. I may not be cooking up a storm like I used to, but you know what, that is okay. Being a wife, a mother of two, a friend to others who need me keeps me pretty busy these days, and I love it. But Chris has been stepping in and showing off his mad cooking skills and I am so grateful for that. I love my family!

So tonight as I cuddled and played with my little doddlebug Eli on Logan's bed we sat and watched Logan and daddy playing cars, and goof around with each other. God continues to show me just how blessed I really am when I hear the laughter, see the smiles, and feel the love that is being shared in that very moment. For all the things that are happening right now in our lives I am thankful for having these men in my life. These are memories that I love and will cherish, and it is memories like that that make all the trying times fade away.

Yep, big brother relaxing with the iPad on the sofa.

Trust me Eli, I won't drop you.
Mommy, I'm not so sure about this.

Aww, our little Doodle bugs is growing up.

Hopefully we'll get a family picture of the four of us soon, but until then you'll have to be content with our love bug and doodle bug.

On A Brighter Note

BMW must of stumbled across my blog post... BMW to introduce laser headlights.

Alright, so their car by far out beats mine, but I think I got my point across... almost.
